“Suite Life” began with our founder Natalia Gobin-Gunter’s obsession to find the perfect pillow and bedding. The goal, merchandise that would allow for an exceptional bed and bath experience, like that experienced in a “Five Star” Hotel.
The mission set by our Founder was to find and or create products that are high quality and exceptionally comfortable but that could also be sold at an affordable price.
We at Suite Life have made it our mission to offer competitive pricing and purchase terms for both our retail and wholesale clients within and outside Jamaica. Our goal is to make purchasing easy and affordable by giving our clients payment options that can make purchasing quality items reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, currently we are only able to offer purchase terms to our Jamaican clients, but we can offer direct online sales in other countries. Our ultimate aim is to provide all our products and services to private homes, the bed and breakfast community, luxury villas and small hotels throughout the Caribbean market. We also provide deep discounts to resellers and the Jamaican professional design community!
We did our research! We noted, smaller entities which offer general accommodations to travellers in the Caribbean often struggle with finding high quality items at reasonable prices. These items are essential if you wish to deliver a luxury 5-star experience at an affordable price. Great bed and bath products are the items that create a memorable stay and ensure repeat visitors! We realized that on a personal level, finding that perfect pillow or towel for most people is a “trial and error” process. As such, we carry several variations of our own “Suite Life” branded products, created with luxury, comfort and ease of use in mind. Our brand of pillows and toppers were created to please a wide cross section of tastes and sensibilities. We believe in quality and the thoughtful little touches that really make for an exceptional product line.
Our Team started looking for and creating products in 2019 but we only opened to the public in 2021. We were careful to test and evaluate each item to find the right fit for our brand. Our criteria, we search for items which are comfortable, supportive, durable and have a luxurious feel. Suite Life’s core mandate is to find and create products that will give our wholesale clients the competitive edge and our retail clients value for money.
Yes, we opened in the middle of a pandemic. However, opening at such a difficult time has made our team more focused on seeking out those products that exemplify beauty, luxury, and comfort for all the spaces in which we must now retreat for relaxation, rejuvenation, and comfort. Most people are spending more time at home than ever before, thus, making home a sanctuary and the types of products we offer less of a luxury and more of a necessity.
As a Company, we serve as both supplier and service provider. We know we don’t operate in isolation and have added Third Party Sales to our online platform to promote not just ourselves, but our partners. We promote local manufacturers and artisans on our website as our “Guild of Artisans”. Our Guild will allow all those gifted persons with whom we work daily, to bring to the market exceptional products which promote our vision of “Luxury for all Lifestyles”.
