Suite Life Villa & Services Incorporated Limited is committed to offering easy and efficient shipping services to our customers both instore and via our website www.suitelifejamaica.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. We recommend all purchasers read this document as it is the duty of the purchaser to read and understand our shipping policies before agreeing to shipment or delivery. In using our service and those of Third-Party shippers it is implied that you agree with our current
shipping policy.

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES-JAMAICA-INSTORE AND AGENT DELIVERY ONLY

SHIPMENT AND PROCESSING:

Orders are usually processed and sent out within 5 to 7 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays unless special arrangements are made. In addition to statutory Jamaican holidays our store/ office is closed on Sunday and Monday. We are open for in-store purchases Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6am and Saturday 10am to 4pm. Shipments will be sent out on these days. Please note, a charge may be applied to orders for delivery on days on which we are regularly closed, holidays or weekends if special arrangements are made.

Stock shortages are sometimes unavoidable, if we experience stock shortages for any reason and can onlyship or deliver a partial order, we will notify you within 5 business days of your making an order (In-Store Orders only). Deliveries in some areas of Kingston, Jamaica may be Free. Other areas may attract a fee.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be late by several days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is to be a significant delay in the shipment of Your order, you will be contacted via email for online orders, or telephone for special orders. However, if you do not see your delivery arrive, please feel free to contact us at suitelifejamaica.com/contact-suite-life.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WITHIN JAMAICA

Delivery by our Suite Life Team Members for an in-store purchase is FREE for many areas in Kingston, Jamaica.

We at Suite Life have dedicated Sales Agents which service a variety of areas. Your agent will advise you of any applicable charges for delivery when an order is placed with them.

Charges for the delivery of Your orders will be calculated based on the method of shipment/delivery and the applicable rates at the time of shipping/delivery to your area.

Available methods of THIRD-PARTY delivery for areas outside Kingston Jamaica:

  • JAMAICA POSTAL SERVICE: – YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF SHIPPING RATES AT TIME OF ORDER
  • KNUTSFORD EXPRESS (You will be required to pick up your package if sent by this delivery method):
    – YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF SHIPPING RATES AT TIME OF ORDER

Please note we are unable to post shipping rates on this page as third-party prices are subject to change at any time. Prices will be given when order is placed.

Next day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Kingston, Jamaica or if arrangements are made with an agent.

INTERNATIONAL AND ONLINE ORDERS

The Company can ship Internationally. However, we need a physical address for shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses currently.

The Company currently uses either the Jamaica Postal Service or DHL for International shipping and deliveries. We will allow purchasers to arrange for their own shipping methods if requested. So let us know if you wish to use your own shipping account.

Disclaimer: In using your own shipping account you assume the liability for items associated with incomplete orders and all lost, or damaged items.

JAMAICAN POSTAL SERVICE

The Jamaican Postal Service is an economical way of receiving packages from Jamaica. Please note, depending on where you are in the world and the type of service chosen. Shipping may take from 7 to 30 days.

DHL

DHL shipping is highly recommended if you require expedited shipping. Rates may vary by country. Rates will also be dependent on box size and weight. Shipping costs will be displayed online before purchase.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

For shipments sent through a third-party shipper a tracking number will be issued to you via email after shipment. It is incumbent on you the purchaser to follow up on your purchase once you have received a tracking number.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & ADDITIONAL FEES

Suite Life Villa & Hotel Services Incorporated Limited and its associated web service www.suitelifejamaica.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees including all taxes, customs duties or additional shipping fees occurred for requested changes applied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

INCOMPLETE, LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Suite life will refund in full for monies paid for incomplete deliveries attempted by our own agents or delivery service. The method of refund will depend on method of payment.

We will also refund monies on incomplete, lost, or damaged items from Third party shippers with the following restrictions.

To qualify for a refund for a lost item, you must advise the company between 1 to 14 calendar days after the expected delivery date given to you via your third-party shipper has passed. We do not accept liability for incomplete, lost, or damaged orders if advice is given after 14 calendar days.

In the case of damage, you must submit to us pictures of the damaged item within 1 to 14 Calendar days after the expected delivery date given to you via your third-party shipper has passed. Pictures should be sent at the time of advisement.

Please ensure all packaging materials and damaged goods are secured before filing a claim. You are not eligible for a refund if the damaged item is not returned to us. We will arrange for return of the damaged item via a Third-Party carrier. Once we have determined the item was damaged in transit, we will advise you of the method and time of refund. Please give us 30 days
from the date we received your advice or returned item to send your refund.

Incomplete orders that cannot be cleared and become lost because of errors on the part of the purchaser, including but not limited to illegality, incorrect documents, incorrect licenses, or incorrect address information may not be eligible for a refund.
Unless the item is returned to our offices by the third party shipper.

In the case of Third-Party carriers for orders that have been arranged by You, the purchaser. Suite Life Villa & Hotel Services Incorporated Limited and its associated web service www.suitelifejamaica.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. Should you receive your order damaged, please contact your shipper to file a claim.

The shipper may require pictures of the damaged item to start a claims process. They may also require you to send the damaged item to them.

CHANGES TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY

The Company reserves the right to review and amend this document at any time and post the revision without notice.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

“Company” refers to either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this document “the Company” refers to Suite Life Villa & Hotel Services Incorporated Limited duly incorporated in Kingston, Jamaica.

“Store” refers to our physical store located at 1 Grosvenor Terrace, Kingston 8 in Kingston Jamaica.

“Third-Party Provider” refers to shipping and delivery company’ other than Suite Life Villa & Hotel Services Incorporated Limited

“Goods” refers to the items we offer for sale on our website.

“Orders” refers to a request made by You to purchase Goods from our website or store.

“Service” refers to our sales service offered on our “Website.”

“Website” refers to the Company’s online sales facility suitelifeja accessible from www.suitelifejamaica.com

“You” refers to the person accessing the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

“Significant delay”- A significant delay is any shipment which will be shipped over 5 business days over and above the estimated shipping/delivery date given.

“Incomplete Delivery” refers to a delivery that may not be completed due in part or in full to either a fault of the purchaser or the Company resulting in an ability to deliver the purchased items.
